Authenticity
We sell branded bearings and technical products from stock. Each product page shows the brand, the part number, and the technical description, and that brand and part number are what we pick and ship for your order.
Warranty claims
- A warranty claim is assessed according to the product's brand, its operating conditions, and the procedures of the manufacturer or supplier.
- Damage caused by incorrect mounting or lubrication, misuse, impact, or contamination may fall outside the warranty.
- Where a technical review is needed, we may ask for the product and for information about how it was used.
How to make a claim
Email info@aslrulman.com.tr with your order number, the part number, and a description of the fault. We will tell you which information or samples the review needs.
